The Asociacion Chajulense, founded in 1989, is an organization of small-scale coffee producers located in the Ixil Region (Chajul, Nebaj, Cotzal) in northern Quiché, Guatemala. It is dedicated to the sustainable production of high-quality organic coffee. The association provides technical support, manages collection, and processes parchment coffee to green coffee using its own industrial infrastructure and machinery, ensuring high quality standards and complete traceability. The organization directly markets and exports green and roasted coffee to national and international markets, promoting the economic and social development of its member families. Currently, it has 1,000 small-scale producers, 150 of whom are women.
